Articles of Association
The College of Paramedics is a Charitable Company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital.
The
Articles of Association define how the organisation is set up and decisions are made. They are written by the Trustees of the charity and approved by the College members.
We have developed a set of bylaws that have been approved by Congress. The draft that Congress worked from can be seen
here. Minor changes were made during the approval process.
The bylaws are now undergoing a quality assurance process and when that is complete they will be available to download from this page. The bylaws cover the Board of Trustees and Paramedic Council positions, the election processes for Board and Council positions, the Congress and the rules of membership.
